Terms of Service
Effective date: September 30, 2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CallCrewAI’s products, sites, and services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" means that organization.
1) What CallCrewAI does
CallCrewAI provides AI-powered call handling and admin automation for construction and trade businesses, including answering/triaging calls, scheduling, follow-ups, and syncing with tools you connect (e.g., Google Workspace, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, CRMs, SMS).

2) Your account & responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Configure features (e.g., call forwarding/recording, calendars, email) responsibly.
- Consent & lawful use: You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when recording calls, sending messages, and processing customer data (including any required caller notices or consents).
- No emergency use: The Service is not a replacement for emergency services (e.g., 112/911).
3) Acceptable use
You will not: (a) misuse the Service; (b) infringe others’ rights; (c) attempt to access data you are not authorized to access; (d) send spam or unlawful messages; (e) upload malicious code; (f) resell or reverse engineer the Service except where allowed by law. We may suspend or terminate for violations.
4) Integrations & third-party services
You may connect third-party services (e.g., Google, QuickBooks, CRMs). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services. 5) Subscription, trials, and fees
We may offer paid subscriptions and free trials. Fees, term, and renewal are shown at checkout or in your order. Unless stated otherwise, plans auto-renew until canceled. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge all due amounts. You can cancel renewal at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current term.
6) Confidentiality
Each party may receive Confidential Information from the other. The receiving party will use the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential info (no less than reasonable care) and use it only to provide/receive the Service.
7) Intellectual property
The Service (including software, models, designs, and branding) is owned by CallCrewAI and its licensors. You retain rights to your content and data. We may use de-identified, aggregated usage data to improve and secure the Service.
8) AI features & data handling
You instruct us to process your content via AI features you enable (e.g., call transcription, summaries, email drafts). We don’t use your content for ads or to train generalized models. Where we use third-party processors, we bind them to contractual confidentiality and data-use limits aligned with our Privacy Policy and, for Google data, Limited Use. Google for Developers
9) Service changes and availability
We may update or modify features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may rely on telecom networks and third-party APIs; outages there can affect the Service.
10) Warranties & disclaimers
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT).
11) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, COVER, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. EXCEPT FOR YOUR PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY FOR VIOLATION OF §3 (ACCEPTABLE USE) OR IP INFRINGEMENT, EACH PARTY’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID OR PAYABLE BY YOU TO CALLCREWAI FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
12) Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify CallCrewAI against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13) Privacy; data processing
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data. If you require a Data Processing Addendum (DPA), contact us; we will process customer personal data as your processor.
14) Term; termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop at any time. We may suspend or terminate for cause (e.g., non-payment, policy violations) or if continued use creates risk. Upon termination, your access ends; we will delete or return customer data in line with our Privacy Policy and any DPA.
15) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; changes will be posted with a revised effective date and (for material changes) notice via the Service or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16) Governing law; disputes
[Choose your governing law and venue — e.g., the laws of Ireland, courts in Dublin, Ireland.] The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
17) Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Service, superseding prior terms. If a term is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. You may not assign without our consent (except to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale). Notices may be sent to your account email; legal notices to admin@callcrew-ai.com.
