Why we started CallCrew

Every trades business we talked to had the same problem in a different shape: good work, and an office running on memory and goodwill. Here's why we built CallCrew.

We started CallCrew because we kept watching good trades businesses lose work to a phone nobody could answer.

The same problem in a different shape

Every trades business we talked to had it. The phone rings while everyone is on a roof or under a sink. Quotes go out and nobody chases them. Jobs get done and nobody invoices them for a fortnight.

The work itself is good. The engineers know what they're doing. It's the office around them that's running on memory and goodwill.

Not another dashboard

We didn't want to sell another dashboard for someone to log into at the end of a long day. We wanted to give these companies what the big ones have: a front office that answers and books, and a back office that keeps the paperwork straight, without hiring three people to do it.

And it had to work the way each business already works, not the way a template says it should. Every company has its own rules: who covers which area, what counts as urgent, how a quote gets handled. The crew has to learn those, not replace them.

Who we are

We're two founders based in Dublin. Adelin runs the commercial side: customers, partners and the job-software ecosystems we plug into. I build the crew: the voice agents, the integrations and the plain-English task system that lets you tell it what to do the way you'd tell a good office manager.

Bring your job software login and a few of last week's calls. We'll show you what the crew would have done with them.
